2. What data we process and why
This website does not send the contact form data to our servers. The form prepares a WhatsApp message with what you type (name, need, town and details) and opens the app; the message is only sent if you send it from WhatsApp.
When we receive your message, call or email, we process your name, phone number and the content of your enquiry to reply to you and, where applicable, prepare a quote.
3. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you contact us, and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory periods.
5. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the messaging service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), which processes data under its own privacy policy. The web hosting provider may access the technical data needed to serve the website.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to pinoelectric@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
